Technical Difficulties!

Hi all, sorry for the delay in posting. We have had a fantastic week, but unfortunately we have no photographic proof! Long story short our 8 year old Mac laptop is giving us grief. iPhoto has lost our photos and now refuses to download any new ones. Then there is the issue of our power cord which has been bent and twisted so many times. It eventually stopped working, we managed to MacGyver it with electrical tape but now it is completely useless. I guess 2 years on the road, being jammed into suitcases and tossed around in the trailer will do that. I can't tell you how upsetting and disappointing this is as we near the end of our T@b journey. Hopefully we will be able to sort it out soon. In the meantime the past week has been fantastic! We spent 2 nights in Waterton Lakes National Park. A beautiful park on the Alberta side of the Rockies. I guess you will have to trust me when I say it was amazing! We also met up with some friends from home! Derek and Karen from Vancouver and Val and Alex from Calgary! So good to see familiar faces!! Val and Alex have visited the park in the past so they took us on a tour of the area, including a hike up to Bertha Falls, a walk around Red Canyon and the piece de resistance, a delicious picnic on the shore of a picturesque turquoise lake! Amazing day! If only I had one of my 350 photos to show you! Argh! Ok, moving along… We have made it into BC! So nice to be home! We really do live in a beautiful province! We are currently staying at a Provincial Park on Christina Lake in the West Kootenays. The warmest tree lined lake in Canada! Ok, hopefully we can sort out our computer issues and share some photos with you. Please stay tuned! In the meantime, thanks to Getty Images, here is a sample of the beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park!
